同僚と仕事帰りに伺いました。
サムギョプサルの豚バラ肉がすごい！
塊で出てきて、そのまま焼いてくれます。
ハサミで切ってさらに焼きます。
焼き上がったら網の上に上げてくれるので、焦げる心配なくいただくことがてきます。
カリッカリの焼き目がついた豚バラ肉とサラダ菜に味噌をつけていただきます！
そして、白いキムチ(普通のキムチを水で洗ったものって言ってたかな)も焼いて一緒に包んだり。
店員さんがとても親切だったのも印象的でした。
お料理も店員さんも、とても素敵だったので是非また伺いたいと思いました！
