新大久保駅の出口専用改札から新宿方面へ徒歩1～2分、「小満」の並びの雑居ビル2Fに店を構える「Tandoor Dining Nimt（ニムト）」にて
周囲の会話はことごとくネパール語な休日昼下がりの店内で、まずはオーダーしたのは先日品切れで食べられなかったコチラ↓
ヒャクラフライ（山羊の胸骨軟骨と野菜のスパイス炒め）こと、骨の周りの肉や軟骨を歯でこそげながら喰らう山羊肉を肴に「とりあえずビール！」からの
冒頭の写真の通り大振りな骨付きチキンがゴロゴロ入ったシャバシャバなチキンカレーから時計回りに、カット野菜／サグ・ブテコ（青菜炒め）／ニンニク＆ティムル（ネパール山椒）がガツンと効いてるゴルベラ・コ・アチャール（トマトディップ）／浅漬タイプのムラ・コ・アチャール（大根漬）、そしてダル（豆スープ）＆バート（ライス）で一通りのネパール定食「ダルバート」＝「ニムトAセット（チキン）」500円もガッツリ平らげ、ご馳走様！
