イスラム横丁にスパイスと豆の買い出しにきたので、ランチはダルバートにしたいというのが人情です。
それで、この日はニムトに入りました。新大久保駅のすぐ駅横の通り、スパイスの買い物をする人ならよく知られているアンビカショップの近くにあります。
ダルバートのメニューがいくつもあるのですが、ニムトBセットを選び、カレーはマトン、ソフトドリンクはラッシーを選択しました。
新宿区百人町界隈でダルバートを食べてハズレってまずありません。競合がひしめく街で皆さん切磋琢磨されています。
ニムトのマトンカレーはこれまたすばらしくおいしいものでした。ネパール料理独特の素朴な旨味と香りの引き出し方が絶妙です。
ダールもおいしいですねぇ。
※食べ終わってから気が付きましたが、メニューに書いてある野菜カレーがついていませんでした。うっかり間違いでしょう。新大久保ではよくあることです。そう、百人町のネパール料理店は日本ではないので、笑ってやり過ごしましょう
