兆圭餃子に水餃子を食べに行ったら臨時休業だったので手前にあって気になっていたこちらへ。
この通りはけっこうウロウロしているのに２階にあるこのお店には気づいてませんでした。
それでなくても気になるお店が多すぎるせいだと思われます。
土曜日の16時過ぎに入って行って、ネパール人と思われるお客が数組。
通し営業だけど一応16時でランチとディナーが分かれてます。
けど注文できるものに違いはほとんどなく、セットのライスやナンがランチだとお替りできるのがなくなるだけみたい。
入店してもしばらく気づいてもらえず途方にくれました。
(店員さんは何名かいるけどキッチンの人が客席を全然見てない)
ニムトAセットのチキン600円(税込・以下同)とツマミメニューのボイルドマトン700円を注文。
セットメニューマジックで、Aセット(チキン600円、マトン750円)だとドリンクが付かないのに
Bセットだとチキンかマトンを選べてドリンクも付いて800円という…
そこに気づかず損した気分。
ともあれ。
ダルとカレーのセットはお値打ちです。お洒落な器に入っててバスマティライスが見た目よりたっぷり入ってて満足。
おかずもこのお値段なら充分でしょ。
味は特にダルが美味しかった。カレーにもチキンがゴロゴロ！
何故かどっちもぬるかったけど時間帯のせい？それともこれがデフォ？
猫舌なんでまぁ大丈夫でしたが。
ボイルドマトンはダルのセットに比べると高くて量が少なめだけどあっさり塩味で美味しかった。
(付属のスパイスは痺れ辛いので付けすぎ注意！)
2回行きましたがお客は(多分)ネパール人だらけでテイクアウトの人も続々来てて盛況でした。
全体的に安くて気軽に宴会に使えそう。
新大久保駅から本当にすぐなのにこのお値段でやっていけるのすごいですね。
Bセットとディドセットも食べたいのでまた行こうっと。
