旬菜みやざき
新大久保駅ホームの南端(出入口はありません)ガード近くにある蕎麦と日本料理のお店です。
ランチタイムにも営業されており、訪問しました。
店内は奥に長いつくりで、カウンター数席、テーブル席と、奥にも個室があるようです。
お店にはまだお若い大将お1人。どことなく意気込みが感じられます。
店頭にメニューが出ていて、テイクアウトにも対応されています。
蕎麦メニューの他、日替りおばんざい4種セット1280円、蕎麦とおばんざい2種のセット980円があり、和食以外のアジアン料理店が大半のこのエリアで珍しい手打ちの蕎麦を食べてみたく、蕎麦とおばんざいセットをお願いしました。
おばんざいは5種程ある中から好きなものを選びます。きちんと覚えておらず正確ではありませんが、茄子の唐辛子煮、鶏つくね大根煮をチョイスしました。
蕎麦は大盛り＋150円で。
おばんざいはどちらもしっかり目の味付けで日本酒が欲しくなります。テーブル脇のメニューには厳選地酒の銘柄が並んでいましたし夜は楽しめそうです。
蕎麦はホームページによると北海道の音威子府産地のものなどを使用、店内中腹の蕎麦打ち部屋で打ったものです。
蕎麦を口に含むと甘さがきました。いい粉を使い丁寧に作られた美味しい蕎麦でした。
つゆも江戸前蕎麦屋のあのかたいやつとは違いますが、出汁とカエシのバランスがいい本格つゆでした。
ホームページを見ると豚しゃぶや、蕎麦では幅広の田舎そばなども美味しそう。
日本人はそれでも多くいるはずですから、ぜひ気鋭の和食を味わって頂きたいと思いました。
