新大久保のタイ料理屋。
中華のメニューも多い。
泰式中華か？っと期待したけど、
なんか違うなぁって。
聞いてみたら、コックさんは
タイ人ではなく、青森県民らしい。
メニューを良く見ると、
タイ、中華、ベトナムまであった。
いろいろ修行して、
日本人的アレンジを加えたのかな。
カレー風味のガパオは美味しかった。

ガパオの基本しっかりにカレー風味。
中華カレー的かと思ったら日本的。
八角の香りに期待したんだけどね。
でも、
炒めたて、作りたて。
バイガパオは香るし、
炒めきっちり香ばしいし、
玉子の白身チリチリが良いし、
肉の塊が大小あって肉々しいし、
そこに、
日本カレーの風味がサラリ。
なかなか良いじゃないか。

タイ的麻婆豆腐ってどんなの？
と期待したけど、日本的。
赤めの油がたっぷりあって、
黒っぽい粉がたくさんふりかかって。
でも、そんなに辛く無い、痺れ無い。
カタクリのトロみが無いのは良い。
肉が多くて、肉の中に豆腐な感じ。
タイな感じは無かった。
新大久保のカオスは面白い。
