みちゃん
新大久保駅から東方向にガードをくぐり抜け、1つ目の交差点を渡ったすぐの北側の路地にできたベトナム料理のお店。
入り口は壁のないテラスルームで、奥に進むと広い食堂があります。
平日ランチタイムに訪問。先客は3組ほど。
テーブル席は多く配置されています。
お店には数名のスタッフがおり、ベトナム料理だからベトナムの方でしょうか。親切で安心です。
ランチメニューは、生と揚げ春巻き、おかわり自由のミニサラダ、デザート、ソフトドリンクの付いたセットが10種類近く950円(税別)～。
名物は日本で唯一販売するという生のフォーということです。
なのでそのオススメ生フォー1050円にして、牛肉と鶏肉が選べるので牛肉でお願いしました。ソフトドリンクもつきます。
まず春巻き系からいただきます。
卓上のソースをかけます。
生春巻きは新鮮でビッチリ密度高く巻かれていて、ザクっという食感がよく、チリソースの味と絡めてとても美味しい。
揚げ春巻きも食べやすい一口サイズで、カリッとした皮が香ばしく具を確認しないでパクっと食べてしまいました。
フォーはラーメン丼程の大きさの器で提供、盛り付けも美しい。パクチーを乗せて。
スープはクセなく辛くもなく、あっさり美味しい。体に染みます。
フォーは確かに乾麺のツルツル滑る食感とは異なり、柔らかく、表面に細かな気泡が残るようなざらざらした口当たりで、噛むと消えるふんわり感がありました。
グルテンフリーだし、間違いなく消化も良い優しい麺です。オススメですが量はもう少し欲しいです。
ミニサラダを食べたあと、サラダバーをセルフで。この日は数種類のサラダがあり、濃いめのベトナム風ドレッシングをかけて野菜たっぷりいただきました。
タピオカデザートも美味しかったです。
夜のメニューは見ませんでしたが、お酒も置いてあります。
看板に食べ放題と書かれているので、バイキングなどがあるのかもしれません。フロアの真ん中にそれらしき設備もありましたし。
ベトナム料理のバイキングは珍しいですね。
