新大久保駅からすぐです。
金曜の遅めのランチタイムにいきましたが、お客さんは2組ほどでした。
お店1番人気の牛肉の生フォー1,050円を注文しました。
フォーが来る前に、セルフでサラダ・お漬物・ドリンクを取ります。
サラダのチリソース？のような辛いソースがおいしかったです。
でも、遅い時間だからか、ほとんど野菜がなかったです。補充もされませんでした。
それから、生春巻きと揚げ春巻きのようなものが運ばれてきました。
ちょっと不思議な味がしました。
フォーは麺がもちもちで、スープがとても複雑な味がしておいしかったです。
新大久保といえば韓国ですが、本格的なベトナム料理店もあるんですね。
