JR新大久保西口より徒歩約3分、大久保通り沿いの路地裏ビル1Fにあるお店
「みちゃんベトナム料理 新大久保店」。
8月下旬のランチタイムに初めて訪れました。
都内ベトナム料理店では店名語尾に「ちゃん」を付けるお店が多いですが
こちらはオーナーさんか店長のお名前が「My」さんなのかも知れません (^^)
路面からお店入り口までは少し長めの通路があり、そちらにもテーブルが置かれておりました。
席数は先程の通路も含め全60席の広さ。私は4人掛けテーブル席へと着座しました。
お店ホールはベトナム人女性お1人で切り盛りされておりました。
卓上のランチメニューを拝見。
ランチメニューはベトナム風ヌードルを中心に一皿飯など含めて全18種類。
その中からこの日は
「ブンボーフエ(牛肉ピリ辛ブン)」(950円)
※サラダ、生春巻き、揚げ春巻き、デザート、ソフトドリンク付
を注文しました。
先ずはドリンクのセルフ台へお好きなドリンクを注ぎに行きます。
ちなみに私がベトナムのハス茶かと思って注いだドリンクはアップルジュースでした (^-^;
待つ事しばし、ブンボーフエが上がりました。
「ブンボフェ(bún bò Huế)」とはベトナム中部地方の都市フエ(Huế)の名物麺料理です。
ベトナムの麺料理というとベトナム北部地方の名物フォー(phở)が有名ですが、自分は
辛い麺料理のこのブンボーフエも大好きです。
こちらの「ブンボフェ(bún bò Huế)」の麺は丸麺。具には牛肉、豚足、豚の血塊、
蒲鉾、パプリカ、玉葱、もやし、ネギ、パクチーなど具沢山です。
別添えのサラダがドレッシングがかかっていなかったのでサラダも全部投入し、
早速いただいてみました♪
スープは自分的にはさほど辛くはないですね。旨味とコクがあり美味しいです。
麺は独特のツルツルっとした喉越しで、スープに良く絡んでこれまた美味しいです。
具は牛肉だけでなく、トロトロの豚足やン本ではあまり馴染みのない血の塊なども
あり特徴的。日本風アレンジの無い本場のお味だなぁと思いました。
スープを最後の一滴まで飲み干し完食しました。
2種の春巻きも付いて満足度の高いベトナムランチでした。
