藁サムギョプサル食べたら
普通のサムギョプサル食べれない
ちなみに圧倒的薄切りが藁感じれて良い
サラダバー的なやつめっちゃいい、おいしい
藁焼き骨付き牛カルビ頂きました。
前回は、とても美味しくいただけたのですが、今日は、歯応えが、とてもあるというか、少し年配には、固かったかもしれません。
藁焼きに惹かれて行きましたがお味は簡単に言うと燻製っぽい香りのついた焼肉。肉の旨みなどは消えてしまってます。
