予約システムに問題ある。
予約してたのに店が混みすぎてて予定時間10分前に着いたのに、先客の促しが出来ておらず席に着けたのが予約時間の10分後。しかも店員テンパってて接客も荒いし入口も狭いので待ち客でかなり密。
来て早々ちょっとこの店失敗かも……の空気。
多分予約多く取りすぎに対し、スタッフ数が少ない。バランス良くないと感じました。
そして店員の接客もダメダメ。
料理はクチコミのとおりまぁまぁ美味しかったけど、接客とメニューもイマイチな店と感じました。
外国人経営のお店には当方、途上国など海外経験も豊富なので慣れている方ですが、いい店は荒っぽさがあるけど元気があったり愛嬌あったり気持ちがいいのに対し、挨拶もダメ、笑顔もない、話しかけても無視…w
日本語通じない？子もいたり。 大丈夫かな？と気を使う感じです。
（私は言葉が通じないくらいは許せます。ただ、お客さんを見ない、温かさがない、一生懸命さが伝わらない接客が嫌いです。）
5人くらい接客スタッフいたけどマシな店員が居ないのも驚きwあとみんな若い。 やらされてる感が伝わって気分を害しました。もっと経営者さんは教育した方がいいと思います……。
あと、メニューが、このセットを頼んだら他のセット頼めない…と、縛りがあって、そういうのを見たことが無かったのでみんなで首を傾げ「何それ?」と思いました。
融通があまり効かないメニューもちょっとイラッとしました。
私がアレンジした会で、友人数人を連れて来るのに選んだ店ですが、呼び出しボタン何回押しても来なかったり（歩いてる店員呼び止めると来る）とか呼び鈴意味無かったり、みんなイライラしてました。
1人で来る分にはいいかもですが、ヒヤヒヤする感じがあり、店選び失敗したなぁ〜……と思いました。
美味しさよりもストレスの方が勝り、多分もう行かないかなという店です。
