名物料理のエビチーズフォンデュなどが味わえる有名韓国料理店！
新大久保韓国横丁 ホンデポチャは金相勲氏が代表を勤める株式会社JDREXが運営。こちらの企業は複数のブランドを展開していて、新大久保韓国横丁・ホンデポチャ・ホンデジュマクなどを展開している企業。
新大久保韓国横丁もこちらの企業が運営していて、チキン屋を始めとする韓国料理店舗を1Fに10店舗運営している。
その他ホンデポチャを7店舗（東京・横浜）、ホンデジュマク1店舗。FCは2店舗（代々木横丁、大阪京橋）などの韓国業界を営んでいて、直営18店舗、FC2店舗の店舗展開をしています。
新大久保韓国横丁 ホンデポチャは新大久保韓国横丁のオープンと併せて創業。2021年12月20日オープン。
お店の場所は大久保交番を左折し都道433号沿いを70m程進み左折すると30m程離れた左手にあります。最寄り駅はJR新大久保駅より450m程離れた徒歩6分の場所にお店がございます。
営業時間は11時～5時（ラストオーダー4時）、無休で営業しております。
席数は46席あり、新大久保韓国横丁の中でも大きなお店ですが、購入したものを別店舗で食べることも可能です。
注文したメニューは人気商品のエビチーズフォンデュ、イイダコ炒め、チーズチヂミ。
定番のエビチーズフォンデュはこのお店でしか食べられないチーズグルメ。フライパンにエビを一つずつ投入して、チェダー、モッツァレラなどのとろけーるチーズがトッピングされている料理が運ばれてきて、その場で火にかけた出来立てのものが食べられる。
この商品が一番有名な商品かと思いますが、個人的には他商品のほうがおいしかった印象でした。
