久しぶりに韓国横丁に行ったら
パク・ソジュンさんがお出迎え
ビビコのイベントらしいです。
久しぶりに韓国横丁を訪れたら各店舗で
ランチメニューが出来ていてお一人様でも
来店しやすくなってました。(ランチメニューがない
店舗もあります)
今回は、プデチゲを食べる目的でこちらへ来店
最初におかず３品、(一回だけお替り出来るとの事)
お気に入りの浅漬けキムチとプデチゲ注文
浅漬けキムチは辛そうで辛くなく本当に、美味しくて
いくらでも食べれます。
プデチゲはお店の方が美味しく仕上げてくれるので
待っているだけでOK
こちらも、いくらでも食べれそうな美味しいお味
いつも、大満足してます。
こちらの韓国横丁は色々なお店が入っていて
お一人様でも入りやすくかなりオススメです。
frozen samgyeopsal
This time, I ordered the frozen samgyeopsal set, along with my favorite lightly pickled kimchi...Unlike regular samgyeopsal, it is grilled on a griddle covered with aluminum foil. The vegetables that came with it were asparagus, zenmai, bean sprouts, Chinese cabbage kimchi, and frozen samgyeopsal.
浅漬けキムチがオススメ
去年、オープンした直後に来店
友人が定番メニューが良いと言うことで
サムギョプサルがメインのこちらに決定
サムギョプサルセットにケランチム、
浅漬けキムチを注文
浅漬けキムチはヤンニョムに生の白菜を
和えたサラダみたいなもの
発酵してないのでキムチの効果はなさそうです。
でも、美味しいので大好きでメニューにあると
必ず注文します。
こちらの浅漬けキムチも最高に美味しくて大満足
サムギョプサルは肉厚め
食べごたえあり美味しかったです。
こちらのセットには青唐辛子とニンニクが
付いて来ました。
青唐辛子とエゴマの葉が付いてると嬉しい。
ケランチムも美味しくて大満足でした。
