気になってたチャタマリ〜やっと行ってきました。
夜ちょっと遅めだったので、空いてましたね。
というか、一人でした。笑
とりあえずちょっと飲みたかったので、レモンサワーとブタン、スペシャルカナセット(マトンで辛さ普通)を注文。
すぐにレモンサワーが来ました。
まぁ薄いですね。笑
飲みやすいです。笑
ブタンは内蔵のスパイス炒めみたいな。
結構好きでほかの店でも食べたことあります。
チャタマリはメニューにヤギのモツ炒めと書いてありますね。
色んな部位が入ってるので、食感も色々で楽しいですね。
スパイスがしっかり効いててめっちゃ美味い。
辛さはそうでもないですが、青唐辛子を食べるとちょっと辛いですね。
これは酒にバッチリ合います。
ってことで、オールドダルバールのシングルをハイボールで注文。
オールドダルバールのハイボールはめっちゃ飲みやすいですね。
スッキリしてて良い感じ。
スペシャルカナセットはダル、マトンカレー、ベジタブルカレー、サグ、アチャール、ギー、パパドがセットになってます。
とりあえずギーをライスにかけます。
良い匂いですね。
ダルは黒っぽい色で豆がたっぷりでトロトロ気味、塩味も控えめ、まろやかで美味いですね。
癒し系のダルです。笑
マトンカレーは旨みたっぷりでめちゃウマ。
小ぶりながら骨付きのマトンが結構入ってます。
辛さは普通にしたのでちょうどいい感じ。
ベジタブルカレーは熱々で野菜がたっぷり。
カリフラワー、いんげん、グリンピース、人参、じゃがいもなど五種くらい入ってます。
ベジタブルカレーも美味い！しっかりと作られてる感があって良いですね。
サグはあっさり目の味付けですね。
アチャールは酸味辛味が控えめ、ゴマ？？が効いてて食べやすいアチャールですね。
食感も◎
パパドはパリッとしていて塩が効いてて美味い。
ほかの店よりちょっと厚めに感じましたね。
砕いて混ぜて食べると食感のアクセントにもなりますね。
まだ新しいだけあり店内は綺麗で雰囲気も良く、料理も美味い。
なかなか良いお店ですね。
今度は店名にもなっているチャタマリを食べようかな。
