The beginning of 2024. I went to Himalayan Ethnic Cuisine Dining & Bar Chatamari, where I was meeting up with my curry master. I enjoyed a variety of dishes while enjoying my first drink in a while. ・Pani Puri (a round cracker filled with spicy potatoes, with a sour cold soup poured into it) First of all, the name is cute. The way you eat it is interesting, the texture is good, and the taste is delicious. The sour cold soup tastes good. ・Chatamari (Nepalese pizza-style Okonomiyaki made with rice flour dough, which is also the name of the restaurant) The rice flour dough is crispy and has a good texture. It is topped with a soft-boiled egg and cheese, but it is quite light to eat. Delicious. ・Sukuti (Nepalese-style spicy stir-fried dried mutton and vegetables) The strong seasoning is well-seasoned and consistently delicious. It goes well with beer as a matter of course. I enjoyed these and other dishes. I normally wouldn't go alone, ate dishes I wouldn't order, and had a fun evening listening to the curry master's curry trivia as I drank.
