ランチセット注文。
お肉2種類+サイドで3480円。
サムギョプサルと肩ロースチョイス。
炭火焼きで大きめカットで焼いてくれて焼き上がったら炭火を撤去してくれるので焼きすぎなく美味しく食べれる。
サムギョプサルは脂身が多いけど臭くなくサクサクした歯応えでわさびと塩で美味しい。
肩ロースはさっぱりしていて肉の旨みとジューシーさがあり野菜で巻いて食べると美味い。
ちょっと物足りなかったのでカルビも追加したがこれは普通。酒のつまみにはいい感じ。
豚肉を美味しく食べるのにおすすめなお店。
