JR総武線大久保駅から徒歩3分弱のところに新しく出来たネパール料理、バー？です。
最近オープンしたみたい。
で、ランチタイム何度か店前を通ってみたものの、「CLOSE」だったので、
昼は営業しないのかな、と思っていたのですが、
今回たまたま昼「OPEN」になっていたので入ってみました。
内装、少し成金的な飲み屋さん。
お客さんかと思っていた現地の方はお店の人だったみたいで、「いらっしゃいませ」と言われました。
つまりは、お店の中にいた人は全て店側の人だったみたいで先客ゼロ。
メニューは簡素なA4サイズのラミネート。
ご飯類はカナセット（ダルバート）以外はつまみのようでした。
ダルバートにはドリンクが付くような記載がありましたが、
飲み物メニューは見当たらず、
お店の人からも聞かれなかったので、面倒を回避する為オーダーしませんでした。
数分後、思いの外大きな器でカナセットが運ばれてきました。
早速頂きました。
【ネパーリ カナ】
マトンカレーは骨の方が多いんじゃないかと思われるしっかり骨が入ったマトンカレー。
赤いソースでマトンらしい臭み。
そしてスパイスは軽めながら後からじんわり汗が出るぐらいの辛さ。中辛程度でしょうか。あまり気になりません。
近辺のネパール料理屋さんと差無し。
ダルスープは水気はあるもののシャバシャバではなく、
とろりとしつつ粘っこく絡むスープで、
不思議と甘いような豆とは違う旨味が加味されていて、
ライスにかけて食べると、これはこれで良いです。
サグや生野菜など定番のおかずも乗り、
ライスは日本と同じ米。
少し固めに炊かれたライスはカレーにもダルスープにもマッチして良かったです。
決して良いお米ではないのですが、やっぱり相性って重要だと思いました。
食後、厨房にいたスタッフのみが店内に残っていたのですが、
完全に日本語は喋れなそう。
身振り手振りで会計。
まだ、レジも無いし、サービスもこれからのお店かなと思いました。
本田圭佑的に言えば、伸び代しかない。
これからが楽しみなお店でした。
