イスラム横丁の先に面白いお店ができました。
１Fは韓国料理店。
２F、３F、４F、そして屋上までが同一のネパール料理店です。
2022年9月オープンで、10月現在はまだ２Fのみの営業なのですが、３Fはビリヤード場となっており、４Fも飲食可能、屋上でも飲めるという、今後が実に楽しみなお店なのです。
２Fだけでも良い感じ。
テーブル席と座敷席が共存。
チュロというネパールの昔の台所が内装として存在し、おしゃれな空間です。
ディドセットを注文。
カレーはチキン、マトン、ポークから選択可能ということでチキンに。
チキンカレー、野菜のタルカリ、ダル、ヨーグルト、ギー、ゴルベラコアチャール、ムラコアチャール、グンドゥルックサデコ、サグ、そしてディドとパパどというゴージャスなセットです。
もっちりもっさりしたディドはクセになる味わい。
シンプルにギーだけつけて食べて良し、カレーやダルと合わせて良し。
チキンカレーはククラコマスともまた違う濃厚なタイプ。
と言ってもインドネパール系の味ではなく、ネパールの都会的なカレーと言いますか、リッチなタイプのカレーであり、ディドに合わせるのはこちらの方が良いかもと思える美味しさでした。
この料理のクオリティで夏になったら屋上で飲みたいなと思えるお店。
お店の方も、まだ少しずつ作っているので時間はかかるものの、夏までには屋上まで全てオープンさせたいとのことでした。
ビリヤード場もキューの準備ができればとのことでしたが、まずは二階が繁盛しないといけませんから、気になる方は是非食べに行ってください。
そして上のフロアの開店を1日でも早められるよう、みんなで応援したいお店です。
