個人的にめちゃくちゃネパール料理って美味しいんだ！とハマりつつある日々でしたが、
完全に「ネパール料理」にハマりました！
実は東京・新大久保駅近くのイスラム横丁までスパイスを買い物に行き
ハマりつつあったネパール料理を探しChulo ghar(チュロガ) に主人と入ったのです。
駅から5分のイスラム横丁の奥にある怪しげな雑居ビルの２階を上がって進むのです。
窓がなく店内が見えないので「ほんとにここ？」と思うけど開けてください！
すると....一気にネパールにいるような錯覚を起こすエキゾチックな店内！
フェイクのかまどが飾ってあるんだけど、店名のチュロガはかまどの意味なんですって。
もちろん店内にいるスタッフはネパール人。
日本語がペラペラなので質問するとスマホで検索して「この材料」と見せてくれます。
うわっ。飲ませる味付でヤバイ！
基本はやはり辛いけど、ただ辛いではなくスパイスが十分に効いていて
沢山食べていても体が軽くなるような感覚。
初めて食べたパニプリの食べ方は、穴に開いている部分にタレを流しいれて食べる独特なもの。
酸っぱいような辛いような味付で、楽しい食べ方！
豚肉のスパイス焼きやジャガイモとクミンの炒め物はビールが進むし、
有名なモモはボリューム満点！
タカリセットのグンドゥルックサデコという
発酵後、乾燥させた青菜を野菜やスパイスなどと和えたものがあったのですが、
これが好き嫌いが分かれそうな癖のある味で私はハマってしまいました！
「この葉っぱは何ですか？」と聞くとスマホで検索して見せてくれました。
大根の葉でもできるそうなのです。
へぇー、苦味ばしっているのは発酵させたからかな？
想像以上に「ネパール料理、奥深し」
人間をダメにするクッションもあって
帰るのがイヤになっちゃう居心地のよい店でした！オススメです！
