Had a meal while going to Shin-Okubo for business. I looked for it on Tabelog and came here. This shop is located in an entire building from the first floor to the third floor. Which is better, the first floor or the third floor? I was asked and went to the third floor. Spacious and clean. The menu is all familiar to Japanese people, such as jjigae nabe, samgyetang, kimbap, and samgyeopsal, but the lineup is quite wide. This time, we have a super value set of 3,300 yen that comes with samgyeopsal. Pork samguisal, pork ribs, beef skirt steak, sanchu, grilled kimchi, and garlic. It was served shortly after, and the vegetables were full of sanchu and sesame seeds. The meat is charcoal-grilled in the kitchen, and you reheat it yourself. I was a little disappointed because I thought I could bake it myself. I feel like there are some shops that provide this kind of service in Korea. However, the amount of meat was plentiful. It's just a super value set. It's even more delicious if you wrap the samgyeopsal, which is grilled and crispy, in a sandwich and dip it in miso. The material doesn't seem to be of high quality, but considering the price, it's reasonable. When kimchi is grilled, it loses its acidity and becomes mellow. Beef skirt steak also has a healthy flavor when served with vegetables.
