It's been a while since I've been to Shin-Okubo, so I decided to make a reservation and visit the restaurant to enjoy Korean Cuisine prepared by a chef with various Korean Cuisine qualifications.It looked small from the outside, but it was on the 3rd floor. When we arrived at the terrace, the stylish plant decorations and neon lights from Soban created a nice atmosphere, and the inside of the restaurant was surprisingly spacious. Perhaps because we had made a reservation, it felt like a semi-private room, and it was a relaxing seat. (There was no elevator to go to the 3rd floor.) The door won't close...there's no close button...huh??The clerk then pressed and held 3 and the door finally closed!LOL) I asked to try various dishes, but it was more than I expected even though there were only two of us. There was a banquet table full of people, but all of them had exquisite flavors and were delicious.You may have never encountered such delicate flavors in Korean Cuisine! In particular, the kimchi was exceptionally delicious compared to the ones I usually eat at restaurants.It was my first time to try ganjangseu and shrimp mandu, and I was so shocked that I had never heard of them before✨✨By the way, the smoking area is on the floor. It's a space with an open window on the inner stairs a little further down, so smokers can smoke without worrying.Thank you for the luxurious time.There are still many things I want to try, so I'll go again! ️ Thank you for the meal.
