``Rongsheng (Rongsheng) Bulkyan Yomotsu'' is a serious Chinese restaurant located in an Asian-style place a 1-2 minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station towards Shinjuku. It is on the 3rd floor of the building and there is no elevator, so you have to take the stairs. My first visit was around 12:00 on a weekday, where "Yaman Beef Men" used to be. This building has an exotic feel with Malaysian food on the B1F, Chinese Gyoza / Dumpling on the 1st floor, Korean chicken on the 2nd floor, and authentic Chinese food on the 3rd floor. I opened the poorly constructed door and found myself inside the store. The interior is authentically Chinese with neon signs and flashy decorations. There were no other customers yet and I was guided to a large table. Order with your smartphone using a QR code, there is no need to switch between Japanese, and you can order based on your imagination from the menu with only photos and Chinese characters. Don't be adventurous and have the ``double hotpot meat set meal'' for 980 yen. Since it's Chinese, I didn't know where the order button was, so when I clicked it, I heard a beep in the kitchen, so I was able to place my order. A clerk comes over and points to self-service and the back of the store. When I went to pick it up, I found that there were five types of side dishes: fried chicken, beans and vegetables, green onions and chicken, giblets stew, and boiled eggs. This alone is enough to make a set meal. Furthermore, the cloudy soup and rice made from offal soup stock. If you pick just the right amount, you'll be served double-pot meat in just a few minutes. Just to see it, I decided to try the regular hot pot meat. hard. . The authentic double-pot meat was not seasoned with Japanese-style sweet miso, but rather spicy, but as I ate it while sweating, it was delicious, well-seasoned, with plenty of vegetables and meat, and plenty of volume. When I noticed it, the shop was quite crowded and everyone was Chinese. The store staff are also Chinese and wear casual clothes, so it's hard to tell who's working and it's crowded. There are some store clerks who can speak Japanese and others who can't. I thought I'd take a break and have some tea before heading home, but it turned out smoking was allowed here, so I ordered a drink, including some Chinese tea. I additionally ordered "Apricot Ninro" for 286 yen. It was more like almond juice than apricot juice. Feeling full and able to take a breather, I headed home. You can use PayPay for payment. At night, they seem to have some exciting dishes like grilled lamb skewers and paper-wrapped fish, so I'll definitely come back again.
