＜2023年10月初訪問＞
SNSや先達レビューにより、小滝橋通り近くのネパール店がオーナーチェンジとともに、店名変更したことを知り、新宿での南インド・テルグ映画鑑賞後にランチで出向いてみました。
午後１時半過ぎとあってか、先客はおらず、オーナーらしき、日本人に少し風貌の似た女性店員のほか、目鼻立ちがはっきりした女性店員や男性店員の体制で、店内の様子は前店舗のままです。
周辺他店の大半とは異なり、肉系では、チキン、マトン、ポークともに税込650円均一のカナセット（＝ダルバート：ライスとダルはお替り可能）※から、マトンを注文。
※メニューによれば、ベジタブルは600円、フィッシュは肉系よりも250円追加（写真は失念）
５分ほどでステンレスプレートに載せられた料理が登場。
キュウリやニンジンスライスに赤唐辛子入りのスパイシーなゴルベラコアチャール（トマトのディップソース）を付けると食べやすいです。
こんもり盛られた長粒米混じりのライスを平たくし、赤唐辛子や、薄い輪切りのオクラ入りのとろみのある、ダルスープをかけて頬張ると良い塩梅です。
さらに、サグ（青菜炒め）や、麩のような食感のマショウラ（豆等の乾燥食材）やジャガイモのタルカリ、ゴルベラコアチャールを少しずつ合わせると食が進みます。
骨付きマトンは可食部が少ないながらも、旨味があって、スープをライスにかけると味わいが豊かになります。
ライスを１回、ダルを２回お替りし、満腹満足なランチとなりました。なお、これまで食べたダルバートでは、マショウラ※やオクラ使用のものはなく、珍しかったです。
※タルカリは別の食材使用の場合もあるようです。
