入口入った所にお肉の冷蔵庫があって、分厚い美味しそうな豚の塊がありました。
鹿児島の豚ちゃんとのこと、良い見栄え！
5人で、お肉3種類選べる盛合せセット4人分をオーダー
セットは2人前からとなってたので、2人前✕2セットで、6種類選べるのかと思ったら、3種類のままで、4人分とのこと。
チゲも、1種類でした。

を選択.厨房で軽く焼かれてきたものをテーブルの釜蓋つけた焼台で加熱。
迫力ある、おにくでした。
どの部位も柔らかく仕上がってて、美味し〜
私はモッサルが一番好きでした。
豚食べるなら、ここだな。
