「まんまる」を訪問。
平日の13時半頃到着のところ待ち人無し。
すんなり入店できました。
お目当てのまんまる丼 1,500円は当然売り切れ。
うな丼 2,000円を注文。吸い物、お漬物付き。
まんまる丼は限定20食、うな丼は限定60食。
10分くらいで提供されました。
うなぎは関東風ですが、蒸しは控えめで
表面はパリッとした食感で美味しいです。
中身はフワトロとは行かないまでも、ふんわりで
旨いです。
山椒はペッパーミル入りなので少量でも
風味はしっかり。
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
