【こんな人におすすめ】
エスニックで野菜を美味しく摂りたい人。
オシャレさより没入感と本格さを求める人。
ランチで訪問。入店した瞬間から、ベトナムの現地っぽい方5人位が中川家のコントの様にキッチンで大声で日常会話をしているのが聴こえつつ…ナンプラーの匂いがふわっと香り、壁にかかった年季の入った宗教画や不思議な飾りを見て一気にベトナムの没入感を感じます。笑
1番人気のサイゴンセット（1580円）を注文。
10分ほどでパパイヤや大根などが入ったサラダ、あみあみ揚げ春巻き、蒸春巻き、生春巻きが到着。
これが結構侮れず…春巻き3種一つ一つ美味い！
揚げ春巻きはサクサク超えてザクザク編み目の食感が○。蒸し春巻きは少し柔らか過ぎるか？と思ったが中身の餡のようなひき肉と合いトロみが美味い。
生春巻きはちゃんと作る前に巻いてくれてるのか野菜もシャキッとしていて、エビも鶏もしっかり入ってて満足。
その後、選べるメニューからセレクトしていた牛肉のフォーが到着。
ナンプラーや牛肉の香りが強すぎず、しっかり出汁が効いてるスープがするする飲める。机に置いてあるナンプラーか辛味オイルや付け合わせのレモンや鷹の爪で調整出来るのが嬉しい。麺は少し柔らかいもののちょうど良い口当たりの固さと太さ感。
生玉葱は最初に天地返しておいて後半少しクタで食べるのが私は好きでした。笑
デザートはココナッツミルクにサツマイモが入った定番スイーツです。
池袋にはいくつかベトナム料理店があり、オシャレな事もあって結構他店は混むため…オシャレさを重視しない場合には穴場で味も良いこちらもオススメです。
