平日18時15分、食べログで前日にネット予約して、仕事帰りに友人と２人で初訪問、テーブル席に案内されました。注文はスマホアプリで…っていうのは気に入らないが、まあ時代の流れってやつですかね、良しとしましょう。
名物のアミアミ揚げ春巻きにお好み焼き、パパイヤサラダにイカ野菜炒め、ベトナムビールをオーダー、というかスマホでポチッと。お好み焼き、イカ野菜炒め、揚げ春巻きが次々とテーブル席に運ばれてきた。早っ。で、最後にサラダ。うーむ…、健康のためにも、料理のコース的にもサラダが最初じゃねーか？と思いつつ、美味いから許すってな感じ。これが結構続く。締めに海鮮フォーと焼きビーフンを頼んだんだけど、こちらも先に来た焼きビーフンを食べていたら、のびちゃうからこっちから食べて！と汁もののフォーを先に食べるよう急かされた。だからさ、だったら焼きビーフン後で作りなよ…と。初訪問でこちら側が不慣れだからね、次回はそれを見越して、時間差を考えてオーダーしなきゃね。数年前家族旅行でベトナム・ダナンを訪れて以来のベトナム料理。タイ料理ほど辛くない優しいお味、今度は家族を連れて、また来ます。ご馳走様でした。
