土曜日の開店と同時に来訪
孤独のグルメで取り上げられた名店とどっちにしようか悩んだが、温かい麺が食べたくこちらに。
八番の牛肉麺を選択
正直選択は失敗。麺は茹ですぎで、結果スープにも小麦が溶け出し意図しないとろみをつけていて美味しくない。
辛すぎて飲めない覚悟はしたけど単純に美味しくなくて飲めないとは思わず。
ランチセットで＋百円で半チャーハンなどがつくので、それを選んだが、町中華チャーハン探求者としてここまで見るべきものがないチャーハンは久しぶり。
高校生の息子のチャーハンの方が遥かに美味しい。
では再訪はないか？ 否である。
通常メニューの004番の干し豆腐が最高。
私は干し豆腐があると頼まずにはいられない病にかかっているが、これはきっちり辛くて酒飲みには最高
そしてしばらく経つと他の客も続々。
「みんなランチBを頼んでいる！」
土日に日替わりはないとメニューに書いてあるが店の人はあると回答、その上で右も左も前もB＝青椒肉絲の四川風を注文。
そしてその香りの美味しそうなことよ。
次はB頼んで紹興酒のむ！
あ、紹興酒は二合頼みましたが選択のよちなく常温です。でも美味しかった
やっぱりラーメンは日本が最強すぎてガチだろうと中華では勝てない。
ガチ中華に来た時に、普通に日本で食べられないものを頼むべき、という説の傍証にはなったかと。。。
