ルークチンとコームーヤーン、ナンプリックオーン狙いで
お邪魔します。帰化したこちらのご夫婦。以前は埼玉で
経営されていました。池袋の駅前で続けていられるなんて
スゴイことです。
大所帯で伺ったので、ありとあらゆるお料理をオーダー。
私だけなら言わないであろうラインナップも。えーと、
空芯菜とか鶏の唐揚げあたり。これは楽しみです。
コームーヤーンはぶっちぎりでコチラのが大好き。
下処理なのか、柔らかいです。
ガパオやパッタイはラオス寄りの味付けで、個人的には
少し珍しい印象。ルークチンは大ぶりの外観。具が
ギッシリで下味がしっかりついているのでソースなし
でも十二分に味わえます。あぁ幸せ♪
中華系は思った以上に中華な味で、これはこれで
満足。
ごっつい唐揚げが一つ残ったので、おみやに。チキン
バーガーにしても美味しかった～。
ウンセンは日本にしてはパンチある辛さなので、ニガテな
方は辛さセーブでオーダーしましょう。
身も心も満たされました。
