池袋駅の西口、東京芸術劇場の斜向かいくらいのビル地下にあるこちらのタイ料理屋さんにランチで訪問です。午前中は病院に行き、午後はショールーム見学の予定があったので、その合間にサッと食べたい感じだったのでタイ料理にしました。
土曜日の13時前に入店しました。店内は3組ほどの客入りで余裕がありました。
いつも通りの1人で入店し、店員さんに案内された席に着座です。
初めてのお店では様子見でガパオということが多いのですが、飲んだ翌日だったこともありましてどうしても汁物を求めてしまってリスクの高いトムヤムラーメンを頼んでしまいました。
ランチはサラダ、スープ、デザート、セルフのライスが付いて990円とお値段的には安めです。
ただ、クオリティの方は正直、厳しいものがありました。私個人の感想ですが、だいぶ水っぽいトムヤムスープで、そこにスープも加わり、生野菜サラダも加わりでどんどん味が薄まった印象です。ライスに対応できるだけの味わいではトムヤムラーメンが既になく、という感じでした。
1,000円切ってますし、お会計が現金のみなのも仕方ないかなというところですが、ちょっと残念なランチとなりました。
