池袋で用事があり（予約したお店に入れず、、、）ふらっと鰻を食べに「山吹」さんへ行ってきました。
1杯飲みたい気持ちがメインだったので、ミニ鰻丼と久々にじゅん菜、つまみに馬肉をいただきました。
基本的には鰻丼もじゅん菜も馬肉も美味しくいただくことが出来ました。
少し料金の割にはと思うところもありましたが、鰻という食材の安定な美味しさです。
馬肉は少し冷凍感があったので、もう少しトロッと感を味わいたかったかなとも感じています。
