『裂きたて焼きたて』をモットーに、捌きたての鰻を蒸さずに頂く。
串物は、串巻きや尻尾が好みだった。
尻尾に近づくほど旨みが増す。
鰻の鮮度は言わずもがな、タレも絶妙。
白米は大将の好みで硬めに。さすがだ。
