予約は2週間前より受付開始。
手間は掛かるがその価値はあり。
4名にて入店。今回は座敷だがカウンターも予約で一杯。
【注文】
牛煮込み>刺身盛合わせ>鶏唐揚げ>手羽先餃子=牡蠣のオイル漬け>=だし巻き玉子=あんきもポン酢=アスパラの天ぷら
どれを食べても美味しかったが牛煮込みは特別。柔らかさ、味付けなど、ありそうでない逸品。
また、唐揚げも専門店もしくはそれ以上のジューシーさがあり驚く。
当日のみのメニューもあり毎回訪問が楽しみ。
飲み物も日本酒の品揃え含め豊富で自分好みということもあり1合ずつ注文。ビールもハートランドがあるという点が個人的に嬉しい。
このクオリティーのお店はなかなかないので再訪確実。次回は今回頼めなかった品を頼みたい。
