大人のお子様ランチとはよく言ったもんです(^^)
ふらりと歩いていると、普段は夜営業の立ち飲み居酒屋さんが開いてます。
と言うよりも、店の営業中を知るより先に大きなランチ看板が目に入りました。
以前、赤羽で初めてトルコライスを食べた時も洋風居酒屋さんだった。
居酒屋ランチのトルコライスに縁があるようです。
トルコライスは長崎発祥のご当地グルメ。
ピラフ、豚カツ、スパゲッティがひとつの皿に乗っていることが基本。との事。
他はアレンジ自由？
コレは嫌いな人いないでしょ(^^)
こちらかぶら屋さんは普段は恐らく立ち飲み？
店内にはドラム缶テーブルに簡易イス席です(^^)
オーダーから間も無く提供。
厨房はよく見ていませんでしたが、殆どが作り置きかな。
食材が多いので盛り付けタイムに費やしてます(^^)

トンカツ、エビフライ、ナポリタン、ウインナー、目玉焼き、カレー、ご飯、キャベ千、きゅうり、プチトマト、パセリ、タルタルソース。
ご飯とあえて書きますが、ミックスベジタブル少々使ってます(^^)
それぞれの具材のボリュームやクオリティ。

そんな事を気にするメニューではありません(^^)
次から次へとメニューを食べ進めます。
色々な食材が目まぐるしく変わります。
遊園地の沢山の乗り物を、次から次へと乗り換えて遊んでる感じ。
この楽しさ、ワクワク感。
大人のお子様ランチとはナイスな表現です。
