池袋でそばを食べたいなぁ〜って思ったらいつもここを使っています。
初投稿ですが、訪問は10回を超えています。
何度も来ているのですが、蕎麦に関しては重鴨せいろ以外食べたことがありません。
初めて来たときに心を打たれて以来、これ以外を注文する気になれないくらいお気に入りなのです。
この日は
・重鴨せいろ
・カツ煮
・かき揚げ丼セット（友人分）
を注文。
テーブルが狭いため、サイドを頼むと乗り切りませんので隣の席を使わせていただきました。
満席時には注意が必要です。
今までいろんなサイドメニューや連れ合いの注文したものを度々頂いていますが、やはり特筆すべきは重鴨せいろだと思います。
味は濃いめですが、それに負けないお出汁。香るゴボウのアクセント。お蕎麦の風味はそれほど豊かではないのが少しだけ残念ではあるものの、お値段を考えたら充分です。
こちらのお店の重鴨せいろ、一度味わう価値有りかと！

池袋のお蕎麦屋さんは大体回りましたが、結局、ここの鴨せいろに落ちつきます。
はじめて来てからもう20年が経ちます。
いろんなお店が入れ替わり立ち替わる中、この立地でそれだけ続くのはすごいことですし、きっと固定客も多いのでしょう。
web戦略など気にかけず、美味い蕎麦を出し続けるそれだけで存続しているお店。
鴨せいろのお出汁は強く、濃いめのつゆ、ごぼうの出汁と素晴らしいまとまり。
このお店は鴨せいろ一択です。
