美味しいオムライスはラケル！

映画鑑賞前の腹ごなしとして、ラケルの池袋店へ行きました。オムライスが食べたかったので、ちょうど良かったです。
平日の昼過ぎでしたが、店内は半分ほど埋まっていました。赤のギンガムチェックのテーブルクロスが敷かれていない席に案内されました。そんな席もあるのですね。
今日は人気No. 1のとろーり卵のデミグラスハンバーグオムライスのスープ付きを注文しました。
最初にコーンスープが運ばれてきました。甘いコーンポタージュスープは、コーンの香りと甘みを味わえる王道のスープです。
注文して10分ほどでオムライスが運ばれてきました。鉄板の上に、デミグラスソースをかけたトロトロ卵のオムライスとハンバーグが乗っています。人気No. 1と言われるだけの魅力的なオムライスです。卵の下はピラフになっています。
甘みのあるデミグラスソースとトロトロのオムレツに熱々のピラフが合わさって、とても美味しいオムライスです。ケチャップライスよりあっさりした味なので、デミグラスソースにも良く合います。鉄板でピラフが焦げて、おこげのようなカリカリとした食感も、通常のオムライスには無い新しい食感と味わいになります。鉄板のおかげで常に熱々のオムライスを味わえます。
ハンバーグは、中から肉汁が溢れてくるとてもジューシーなハンバーグです。デミグラスソースやピラフとの相性が良く、オムライスのとても良い相棒になっています。
ボリュームたっぷりのオムライスでしたが、味があっさりしていたのでペロリと完食できました。お店の雰囲気が良いので、また利用したいです。
