結論から申し上げますと、味も雰囲気も接客も期待のさらに上で良かったですし、長年の信頼と実績がよく分かりました。
私はレストランで並ぶのが苦手です。客単価が多少高くても、待たずに入れて味も美味しくて眺望が良ければ充分です。
今回は日曜日でしたが待ち時間ゼロで入店でき、窓際の席に案内されてなんてラッキーなんだろうと感動しました。
百貨店が下火になっているニュースもあるけれど、これまでの百貨店の気品を思い出させてくれた素敵な空間で4歳の娘とランチをしました。どこにでもいる普通の娘なんですが、ご令嬢級に丁寧にもてなしてくださいました。
百貨店全体でチーズフェアを開催されていて、今回はチーズアレンジの寿司セットにしました。
チーズのハーモニーがこんなに寿司と調和するとは、想像もできずに衝撃的でした。歴史ある銀座の寿司店とばかり想像していたのに、実際は未来への挑戦と、若い世代が来店するような先進的な取り組みもあり、歴史と挑戦とのバランスが絶妙でとても目が離せない寿司店だと思いました。
老舗だけど新しいチャレンジもあるから、寿司職人の腕も錆びること無く磨かれ続けられるのだと確信に変わりました。
今のところ眺望も良く、あまり混んでなさそうで穴場なので、また利用したいです。
