平日の13時過ぎ、近くで用事があり寒いし美味しいラーメン食べたいなぁと歩いているとお店の前で元気なお姉さんが呼びかけてらして、何だか店名にも聞き覚えがあったので入ってみました。
お店の名前のばんからを注文、背脂たっぷりのようですが今日は寒いのとすごい空腹だったのでこってり歓迎です。
卓上には生にんにくがぎっしり入った瓶と潰すための道具が置かれています。にんにく大好きなので嬉しい！ 隣には最後に口直しするための紅ショウガも。
すぐに運ばれてきたので早速。うん、今日はこういうのが食べたかった！ そしてやはり何だか懐かしい味…場所は違った気がするけどたしか20年くらい前に池袋で一人暮らししてた頃、飲んだ帰りにみんなで何度か食べたような…。
濃くて背脂の甘味があるスープが中太くらいの麺に絡んでお腹が空いてたこともあり、途中でにんにくを潰して入れながら一気に食べちゃいました（量はそれほど多くなかったけど背脂パワーか夕飯どきになってもまだお腹が空かなかった）。
メニューにあった「さんこいち」というワードにもうっすら覚えがあったので、昔、食べたのかも？ 次回はそちらを試してみたいです。
