自然食ブュッフェスタイルのお店でランチ「土日祝2418円」
このような大衆ブュッフェのランチ価格としてはやや割高。それでも野菜、一品食事メニュー、デザートと多種多様なメニューを揃えてある。まあ高めになるのも仕方ないかな。
自分で沢山の食材、メニューからピックアップしてブュッフェ皿を編成していくのはブュッフェスタイルならではの楽しさ。
連れに「オレが編成したメニュー、どや！？」と自慢げに持ってくる楽しさ。ただ連れは全く「オレのメニュー」を見てくれていなかったけどね笑
ただ野菜中心かなと思っていたのだが、さにあらず。唐揚げ、ピザ、オムライス、スープカレーやヌードル系などなかなかの炭水化物系のメニューもしっかり揃っている。
ヘルスコンディションを整えるかと思って入ったが、元来食いしん坊で炭水化物大好き、キチっと元を取る昭和のおじさんなので結局はガッチリと食べてしまいました。
全体的な感想としては当たり前なのだかメニューに当たり外れのバラつきが大きいと感じる。また塩気が基本的に強い。野菜にかけるドレッシングもしょっぱ過ぎた。これはいただけない。
もちろんそれなりに美味しいメニューもあり、次回訪問する際には今日の学習を踏まえてより良いブュッフェ編成を組めそうだ。今日はお勉強の下調べね。
次回はいつになるか分かりませんが楽しめました。ただオジサンにはやや塩気が強すぎました。もう少し控えめな塩気味付けにしてくれると有難い。
