ルミネ池袋レストランフロア9Fにあるビュッフェのお店、週末ランチタイムの来訪です。
この日は朝に激うままぐろ大トロ丼などを食べてちょっと胃腸がもたれ気味。サラダを摂ってデトックスしなければと思っていたところ、サラダ食べ放題の当店がヒットしまして来訪です。外待ちは無くすぐに入店できました。
さっそく着席後、すぐビュッフェコーナーへ。サラダだけでなく、この日のフェアであるアジア系の食材やお肉系、煮もの系、スイーツ系などほぼ全メニューが食べ放題・取り放題になっていました。でっかり取り皿に片っ端からちょっとずつ取り皿によそっていきます。サラダ系はでっかい円形プレート皿にいれました。サラダ系はプレートに2回よそい、９マスの取り皿は１回、最後に追加でまた円形プレートにちょい盛り。
極上といった料理はあまり無いですが、どれも食材に期待する美味しさに十分に応えてくれるソツのないクオリティで分かりやすい美味しさです。特にブロッコリーや煮キャベツ、ビーフが美味しかったです。またこの場所で食べられるとは思ってなかったオムライスやパスタも最後にいただくことができました。
しかし全量の3分の1くらいを食べただけでもうお腹いっぱい。その後はパンパンに膨れ上がった胃腸に食材を詰め込む感覚でコトイチの大食い日となりました。珍しいメニューも多く新鮮な気分とともにどれも美味しくて食べることのシアワセを感じました。
食後向けのデザートはどれも私の好物が並び別腹も腹いっぱいになるまで食べたかったですが、今回は胃腸が苦しすぎるので断念。振り返ると20種類くらいの具材を幅広くとってしまいました。野菜以外の食材はいつまでも胃腸にガツンとくる系統で翌日になっても胃腸の苦しさが続きました。朝イチに食べ過ぎたので調整しようとしたはずが、さらに朝の倍くらい食べてしまった。。カロリーも相当なものだったと思います。1品目100kcal摂ってしまうつもりで計画的に取った方が良さそうです。
当店は何が食べたいか目的をもってこないと、危険ですね。でも好きなものを好きなだけ食べられる幸せは何にも代えがたいものです。次はスイーツを腹いっぱい食べてみたいかも。利便性・楽しみの多い店ですが、1回の来店ですべて食べ切ろうとせず何回か分けて来訪して、ちょっとずう食べるのが良さそうです。ごちそうさまでした。
