美味菜ランチAコース
今年最後の天赦日＋一粒万倍日という事で
自分への投資も兼ねて
美味しいものを食べにランチへ。
美味菜ランチAセット3200円と
アイスジャスミン茶900円をオーダー。
予約したからなのか半個室の様な席に通され
ウキウキし始めた。
まずはジャスミン茶だけど
渋みがさっぱりとした本物のお茶。
お料理はフカヒレのスープと点心から始まり
選べる主菜は蒸し鶏の胡麻辛子ソース掛けと
青菜と桜海老の卵炒めを選び
飯物は炒飯にした。
スープも点心も美味しかったけど
私には塩気が強かったから
期待はずれかなと思った。
だけど蒸し鶏はびっくりするくらい柔らかく
その後に出てきた青菜と桜海老の炒めも
桜海老の旨味に軽く感動した。
炒飯はタイのお醤油を使ってるとの事で期待が膨らみ
既にお腹いっぱいだったけど
残したくないバランスの良い美味しさだった。
デザートの杏仁豆腐は絶品で
またこれを食べに来ようと自分に誓った。
全体的に満足！

日曜日のランチに行った。
入り口に待ち人が溢れていて
予約してなかったら絶望的だったかも。
ランチコース3,900円をオーダー。
メインは海老チリ、鶏肉と茄子の甘味噌炒めを選んだ。
飯物はお粥。
やっぱりどれも美味しくて異常なし。
