2月6日(月)のランチは、池袋のホテルメトロポリタン2Fにある、桂林へ。
満席でしたが、タイミング良くすぐにご案内いただきました。
お茶をいただきながら、ゆっくり待ちます。
美味菜ランチ ～ランチB～ (2,400円)をオーダー。
小前菜

そして、いろいろ出てきました。
主菜は10種類より2品選ぶことができます。
「～中国四大紀行～北京フェア 桂林おすすめ」と書かれた中から、
こちらを選びました。
牛肉とブロッコリー黒味噌炒め
しっかり濃い目の味付けで、ご飯がすすみます。
食感の良い牛蒡もいいですね。
定番メニューの中から、こちらを選びました。
鶏肉唐揚げ油淋ソースかけ
パリパリに揚がった鶏皮がかなり好みです。
しっとりしたもも肉にも、油淋ソースがよく合います。
本日の点心も2個付いています。
中華風のお漬物も付いています。
ご飯はおかわりできるそうです。
食後のデザートも付いていました。
杏仁豆腐で口の中をさっぱりと。
豆も美味しくいただきました。
雰囲気の良いお店で、美味しい中華を楽しめました。
