九月からメニューが変りました。注目すべきはフカヒレとカボチャのスープ。ドキドキ感満載で家族でお邪魔しました。
本日は個室の円卓を予約しましたが、少々狭めながら家族には全員対面になって良いですね。給仕する人が少し大変かな。ご苦労様です。さてさて料理ですが:

特別に辛味の醬？（新発売とか）をサービス頂き、試すと、あら不思議一味変わります。これ良いですね。
フカヒレ姿入り南瓜スープ
甘さ控えめで嫌いじゃ無い味。美味しいです。フカヒレもトロトロ且つ歯応えも。
紋甲イカと季節野菜入り岩塩炒め
優しい塩味です。半分食べたところで新発売を思い出して、紋甲イカにちょい付けでパクリ。味変グッド。この新発売使い勝手が良いですね。
牛と舞茸のオイスター炒め
外さぬ味です。牛にまとわるオイスターソースの美味しさ良いですね。舞茸も歯応えがあり好通！
鶏の唐揚げと茄子の衣揚げ
比内鶏良い味出してます。大きさもちょうど良い。茄子もサイズも良いし、シャキシャキ感が残り揚げ具合が絶妙です。磯辺揚げ、かな？
海老チリソース煮
日本風中華の定番ですね。ぷりぷり海老が辛いチリソースと相まって安心の一品。日本人は好きですよねー。
蟹入り炒飯
パラパラでーす。坦々麺と迷いましたが、今日はご飯の雰囲気。味付けもソフトでコースのバランス考えてのことでしょうか？勿論テイスティー。
デザート（撮った写真ブレブレでした）
杏仁豆腐と本格熱々胡麻団子。
中華の締めの熱々胡麻団子。大好きです。アンコも日本風かゴマ味ベースかありますが今日はゴマ味。本格的ですねー。杏仁豆腐も癒される味です。
良いタイミングで運んで頂き家族の親睦を深める事ができました。赤ちゃんもOKな個室ですので、気軽に入れます。
