池袋エリアは食事処として使えるホテルが少ないのですが、時折こちらのホテルには足を運びます。中華のダイニングは初めてなのでちょっと楽しみです。こちらのランチは平日の昼間でも客数が多いとは聞いていたのですが、休日は予約しないと厳しそうです。結構な大箱のダイニングですが、満席でびっくりです。季節柄イベント多いシーズンですし、皆さんオシャレして良いですね。
■桂花ランチ（土・日・祝日限定）￥3900（税サ込）
・小前菜二種盛／ふかひれスープ
スターターには鴨とネギの和え物、鯛のXО醬炒めが来ましたがコレは良い塩梅でおつまみに良さげです。相棒は速攻お酒注文してました（笑）ふかひれのスープも上品な上湯スープで前菜とは好対照です。
・蒸し点心二種
豚肉とイトヨリの焼売です。どちらもしっかりと味付けがされていたので何もつけなくてそのまま頂けました。イトヨリはふんわりと豚肉はしっかりとタネを感じ、とても美味しかったですよ。
・主菜二種（６種類から2種選択）
〇ブロッコリー蒸し蟹あんかけ
綺麗に小振りにそろえてあるブロッコリーは甘味を感じ、蟹のあんかけも優しいので上品な味わいです。もう少し蟹が沢山入っていると良いかも。
ここまでのお皿も味わいに緩急があり良いですね。
〇四川麻婆豆腐
お店の方に「結構辛いですが大丈夫ですか？」と言われたお皿です。確かにのマークがありましたものね。豆板醤より甜面醤の味わいが少し強めに感じたので言われた程辛くはありませんでした。辛さに深みがあるので良いですね。ニラが入っていたのはオリジナリティありましたね。
相棒のオーダーしたお皿、豚肉とザーサイ醤油炒め／小エビチリソース煮もつまみ食いしましたが
ザーサイの醤油炒めはチンジャオロース風で既視感あるのに新鮮でした。エビチリはネギの主張が強めなのか独特の苦みを感じたように思います。
・本日の炒飯または焼きそばまたはお粥またはご飯＋漬物
あんかけ焼きそば好きなので焼きそばを頼んでみました。ルッキングがちょっと想像を超えてやって来て意表を突かれましたが、あんかけの餡から水分が大量に出ていたのはかなり残念。
相棒の食べていた炒飯は炒め具合もパラパラしていたし、豚でしょうが、食感と味わいのアクセントになっていたのがとても良かったです。炒飯の圧勝です。
・本日のデザート
杏仁豆腐とピーカンナッツのお菓子です。甘味を控えた杏仁豆腐だったはピーカンナッツのお菓子の糖分とのバランスからかな。あっさりと〆ることが出来ました。
相棒曰く、平日のランチと休日のランチとでは若干メニュー構成が違うとの事でした。今回は休日ランチでしたが機会を作って平日ランチも来てみたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
