こちらの塩ラーメンを頂きたくて池袋にやって参りました。池袋周辺には魅力的なお店がたくさんあり、そのひとつが塩ラーメンで評判なこちらのお店。今日、初めてです。
券売機がお店の外の脇にあり、ちょっと慌ててしまいます。"梅塩ラーメン"が気になりましたが、基本のお味の"塩そば"を注文。
スープを啜るとバターの香ばしさを感じます。本当にバター等をスープに溶かし込んでいるのかはわかりません。更にスープを啜ると結構塩味を感じるようになります。
麺は博多豚骨ラーメンに使われるような細麺です。茹で加減は"カタ"。
食べ進めるとどんぶりに"しょっぱい""麺が固い"と書いてありました。わかりやすい。自分が感じた印象は至極まともだったと安心しました。
でも、なんだかまた食べたくなるなぁ。
