[Currently updated on Twitter and Instagram] "Shio Soba Specialty Store Marukyu Ramen" reopens under a new name |
This was my first visit to Shio Soba Kuwahara. I arrived around 11:30, but there was a seat available so I was able to get in right away. The taste was good, but considering the amount and price, I think the value for money is not so good. Considering the recent rise in prices, if Ramen costs over 1000 yen, expectations are too high. I think that's why I'm judging it to be a bit harsh, but it is still delicious. However, it's a matter of taste, but I feel that shio Ramen has less impact than miso or soy sauce. Next time, I'll aim for a nearby miso Ramen shop.
