友人と映画を観終わった後、夜ご飯として利用しました。
某ハンバーグ師匠がテレビ番組でオススメしていたこともあり以前から気になっていたお店…。
場所はサンシャイン通りを抜けて東池袋の方面になります。
予約も可能だったので事前に席を確保しておき入店。
内装の壁にはあらゆるポスターや写真(お客さんや娘さん？の写真)が貼られていてすごく賑やかしい感じ。あとスターウォーズのグッズが所々置いてあります笑
メニューは色々ありますが、今回は人気No.1の牛スジシチューがけハンバーグステーキ、これでいきます。
食後の紅茶も頼みました。
注文から提供まではちょっと時間がかかるようで、20分ほど待ったでしょうか。
しっかり手作りされているんだろうな…と期待して待ちいよいよ到着。
まず見た目から野菜がたっぷりと乗っていて彩り豊か。
トマトにジャガイモもソースと絡んで美味しく頂きました。
ハンバーグは肉厚ですがスッと切れて、食感ふわふわでジューシー♪
肉汁とビーフシチューの組み合わせは反則級の濃厚な組み合わせです！これはご飯が進む…。
牛すじとハンバーグが混ざり合っての食感も楽しめました。
ボリュームもしっかりあって大満足。
食後は紅茶を飲んでまったりと。
ハンバーグの美味しさを改めて思い知らせてくれるひと時となりました。
