池袋ハンバーグ四天王の一角の人気店に初訪問。
2005年オープン。Oh!Wayはオーナーシェフの大上さんの名前から名付た店名。
池袋東口からは徒歩10分の結構離れた立地で、夜は人口密度が低い地帯の模様。
ランチ時はいつも行列待ちのようだが、本日の夜の部は半分くらいの客の入り。夜はワンドリンクオーダー制。
看板メニューのOh!Way風牛スジシチューかけハンバーグステーキ（1400円）＋目玉焼（150円）＋ライス大盛（400円）、ドリンクにえなちゃんジンジャー（アップルビネガージンジャーエール）（400円）をオーダー。
提供されたお皿には緑野菜が山盛り、トマト、にんじんグラッセが大きくカットされてオン、揚げたジャガイモがウマウマ。牛スジシチューソースのお味は想定外にあっさりめながら、コクがある。ハンバーグは柔らかでジューシー、あっさりソースとの相性良く、ご飯が進む。付け合わせのサラダ類を含めて、極上の一皿を美味しく頂き、大満足の夕食になりました。
