生パスタを使った食事メニュー、店内併設のスタジオで作るパティシエールの手づくりケーキが自慢のカジュアルなカフェ。
というコンセプトらしい。
おそらく、他店舗を含め、このチェーンの初めての利用となった。
サンシャインの中でのリーズナブルなパスタの選択肢は、「すぱじろう」が増えて、「五右衛門」「マイアミガーデン」など、いろいろある。
この店も気になっていた店の一つではあったが、何せ女子率が高く、とてもオヤジ一人で突入するには勇気を要する店だった。
しかし、今、こういう情勢で、ガラガラだったので、不謹慎な言い方かも知れないが、こういうチャンスに訪問できる店もある。
サンシャインシティ・アルパの３階、アニメとゲームに入る場所「MAZARIA(マザリア)」の向かい側でもある。
「極旨海鮮 イクラと紋甲イカとタラコのパスタ・サラダセット」(1,628円) ―― 写真の通り。
サラダセットには、ミニサラダとドリンクも付く。
このパスタ、同じ運営会社の「ドナ」「椿屋珈琲」などと同じメニューだと、後から知った。
ショーケースに、椿屋珈琲のドレッシングが並べられていたからだ。
そのサラダにかかっているドレッシング、美味しい。
椿屋珈琲のブランドの、国産ニンジンを使った「季節の手づくり生ドレッシング」である。
キューピーのフレンチドレッシングっぽい色合いだが、味わいの深みが全く違う。
いや、各々美味しいが、ニンジンの良さがよく出ている。
個人的な感想では、三田牛を食わせる三田屋のオリジナルドレッシングには負けるが、ニンジンドレッシングとしては、久々に美味しいドレッシングだと思った。
さて、パスタは、やや細めで、もっちり感がある。
Lサイズ変更が無料で、もちろん。
イクラとイカも良好で、タラコソースが全体をまとめる。
生パスタは、乾燥に向かうと、モソモソ感が出る場合があるが、水分の多いタラコソースがソレを食い止めている感じもする。
って、言うか、そんなにゆっくり食べる人間ではないので、問題は無い。(笑)
Lサイズ、もう１杯、同じ量食べられるな、と思いながら、あっという間に平らげた。
美味しかった。
ごちそうさまでした。
お店の店員さん、いろいろ気にかけてくれたように思う。
丁寧で親切な印象が残った。
