買い物帰りに
本当は
行きたかったお店が
あったけど
焼鳥気分。
焼鳥を食べたい口に
なってしまったので
慌てて検索したら
こちらに決まりました。
地上入り口から
階段を降りて
地下にあるお店。
天井も高くて
閉鎖感などはなかった。
お値段は
そこそこシッカリと
しているラインナップ。
取り敢えず、
レバーから
せせり、
鴨ねぎ、
鴨アスパラ、
はらみ、
はつおち、
ちょうちんは品切れでした。

ホタルイカ沖漬け

焼鳥屋さんは

中での個人的な
勝手な意見ですが、
ハラミ、せせりは
ジューシーで
とても美味しかったです。
レバーは
自分の好みではなかったです。
鴨も
見た目は最高に
美味しそうだったけど
少しジューシーさに欠けて
パサパサ感がありました。
銀杏、はつおち、
美味しかったです。
ステック野菜は
マヨネーズと
イマイチな味噌。
テーブルに常備してある
辛味噌をつけて食べました。
ホタルイカの沖漬けは
普通です。
皮は
美味しいけど
ネギが大量に乗ってて
いらないかな。
ネギは好きだけど
皮のパリパリを
ネギの水分がシナシナに
してしまう。
若干高級寄りな
内装だけど
焼き場のガラスの
ベタベタ感、
バラバラな壁中のハンガー。
ずーっと真後ろに居る
スタッフたち。
1番最後に
レバーが出てくる。
カウンターの棚に並ぶのは
仕入れ値700円前後のワイン。
美味しいモノは
美味しかったけど
そこまで安い
金額設定ではないので
コストパフォーマンスと
しては低めかな。
